Moons of the Giant Planets: Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune- Abantika Mukherjee

article image placeholderUploaded by @abantikaxo3
These shepherd moons help keep the rings in line. Titan, the second largest in the solar system, is the only moon with a thick atmosphere in the realm of the ice Giants. Uranus innermost moon appears to be about half ice water and half rock. Miranda is the most unusual. It chopped up appearance shows the scars of impact of large Rocky bodies. Neptune's moon Triton is as big as Pluto and orbits backward compared with Neptune direction of rotation

Hi ABANTIKA and thanks for the intro. The number of moons a planet in the solar system has depends on where the planet formed. While the terrestrial planets Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars have a total of three moons, the gas giant planets Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune combined possesses 169 known moon

Great going. The way you explained was really pretty. And, yeah, it's complicated to, like, understand these kinds of things, but you faced it. Well, sometimes I even forget the name of, like, Moons, and I feel so dumb. I studied it yesterday, and I forget the name because it's so confusing. But, yeah, your explanation was really brilliant
