A health person lives with a perfect balance of his body, mind and soul. Health is determined by eating a balanced diet, regular exercises and adequate sleep. Eating on time and avoiding alcohol irritated drinks and junk food are a really necessary part for keeping our body healthy. Getting sufficient amounts of vitamins, minerals and other vital elements build immunity and fights against diseases
