So what do I do whenever I feel like symptoms of stress? For me, it's like lack of appetite or I cannot sleep properly. That is a difference in the sleep pattern. So I have a diary with me and which day I feel sweat symptoms. I just take a diary, the date, what all symptoms I feel that day, and I just think about what all I have done. So it may actually help me identify what has actually caused me stress
