Therapy is not bad ,therapy is not a burden and therapy is not a taboo

So therapy is not but an unknown person who can listen to your feelings, who can listen to your words without knowing you and your background or anything like that. And these therapists are mainly the doctor kind of in the psychological field which helps you to release your stress, anxiety and your thoughts, which are literally taking you towards depression. And as I've said that therapy is not a burden, it's not a taboo. And after defining therapy, it's clearly justified
