How important is morning routine for your mental health

Morning routine is one of the most significant parts. It's one of the most crucial parts of the day which is going to design your entire day. And many of us would be overlooking the fact that in those first few hours of waking up we continue to indulge ourselves into those activities which we shouldn't really be doing. Like the first few hours when you wake up from your sleep, first and foremost it's very important that you get at least six to 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep

Hi Swati. I agree with your statement that morning routine is something which is very, very crucial for your mental health, and we don't understand that. I do agree most of the time we ignore that. But the fact is, how you do or what you do early in the morning, how you are starting your day, matters a lot
