The skills gained by each Agnew will be captured in a certificate to form part of his resume based on organizational requirements and policies promulgated by the Indian Navy of neighbors who are completing their engagement period. In each batch will be offered an opportunity to apply for endowment in the Indian Navy. These applications will be considered in a centralized manner based on performance during their engagement period and not more than 25% of each specific batch of Agnews will be enrolled in regular cadre
