You. Of course you can do that any order no problem. Because this is both this pranayama and this mindfulness meditation is for refreshing our mind. So basically what I understand is this Pranayama actually deal with our mudra two fingers and this we hold in our nose and taking breath from one side of your nose and holding and release the next nose. So usually when we are practicing these meditations in our art of leaving campaign we were doing this after Sadhana
It also unleash our natural curiosity about the workings of the mind and I agree with every point that you have mentioned what is mindful meditation is how we should do meditation and commendable job, truly commendable job and good luck to you and would love more from your side and whatever inside you have put in.
