It’s the rhythm of life that makes us walk, dance, chew, swallow… it’s all rhythm. 😉.
And they found that rhythms really help us all calm down. I listen to different sounds on my phone during the night. Soundscapes, thunderstorms, rivers, oceans. And on the nights when I'm especially upset, I will listen to the sound of a fan because that's more of a regular, regular, regular sound because there's a little bit of differentiation in waves crashing and things like that. But when I've had a really hard day, I listen to the fan and that works for me
