#Breakfast | Yes, I eat breakfast because...

So I think we all should eat breakfast because it is a healthy habit. And at the end I definitely want to say that to have a breakfast is a good habit. Because if we make it a habit, it will be good for all aspects of our life. We will behave properly with people. Because if we will not feel hungry, obviously we will behave well. We will do our work properly. It will be good for future also. So we all should have breakfast

It is very confusing that in morning we should not. We should have breakfast or we should not have breakfast. Some people suggest that we should not take anything in the morning till ten or eleven. And many people say, no, we cannot escape our breakfast. We must take our breakfast on particular time. So it is confusing for me. I don't know whether having breakfast is good enough or whether skipping it is good enough. I don't know. I really don't know

Thank you so much for this swell and I completely agree with you. Breakfast should be eaten and it should be the best meal of your day because that's the starting point of your day and if you do not have fuel for your body how you're going to operate. People who are going for things like intermittent fasting, etcetera are, you know, delaying their breakfast

And your brain also will be clear. And it is very important to have breakfast. I cannot imagine not having breakfast. The very idea makes me feel, oh, my God, I cannot be hungry the whole day. And, you know, it is also very important because it is the first meal of the day where the family can sit together and have, before everybody goes off for their work and for their, you know, class or school or whatever
