Recently I was recruiting for two open positions on my team. They're parttime positions, they're remote. There's some good benefits included. And I remember looking at almost 500 resumes for two positions. Candidates had to actually go to the company website, create a profile, and then submit their resume. Once I looked through resumes and narrowed it down to about 25 people, I scheduled interviews with all of them via email and about just a little over half even replied to that request to talk to them
