Type 2 Diabetics Disagree: Is Intuitive Eating GOOD , or Nah? What Can we Learn About It 🤔

So, yeah, I think it's okay to set healthy boundaries when it comes to food. I think the idea behind intuitive eating, I believe it's a good one. I do. But it's not for everybody. It's not for everybody. And we also have to be sure and be mindful of what types of food we're policing and not policing. I think that should be talked about, too. So those are my thoughts. I haven't heard intuitive eating talked about in some time now. I think in the past I probably thought it was a good idea, if I'm remembering correctly, but I have a very different take on it now, just from firsthand experience, as well as being curious and learning a few things. So, for example, apparently we can crave carbs and sweets when our brain is actually craving serotonin, and the carbs can give us that feel good feeling, like, increase the serotonin
