Three Thoughts for 2023

I've done this ever since 2012, a word for the year to kind of focus in on, and I've done that again this year. But I've also added three, I guess questions that I focused on this past week. And those three questions are number one, what brings me joy? What brings me joy? Who am I with? What am I doing? What activities, what people, what circumstances bring me joy?

Sharing three thoughts to narrow your focus in 2023z. #2023 #joy #simple #newyear

And I like that you're offering these sort of guidelines, which I think, to me at least, makes a lot more sense because we're always changing and evolving, and why wouldn't our, you know, our goals and wants and desires and sources of joy? So it's nice to have those as markers and not as constricting things

@r.o

Well, thank you so much. And thank you so much for listening and taking the time to listen. It's my very first one, so it's getting on here and doing this was definitely something new for me. So I appreciate you listening and taking time to send the feedback. I appreciate that I just gave you a follow and can't wait to follow your content as well. Bye
