My intermittent fasting journey

Too much of a good thing can become a bad thing, or you take it for granted, and it's like the insulin doesn't do what it's supposed to do because it's always there, it's always on, if you will. And so what I needed to do was to have a window of eating and have a window of not eating. And so that's how I began my intermittent fasting journey

Intermittent fasting was only part of her program. Obviously not obviously, but we did follow a ketogenic diet and she had a schedule of workout. So it was a part of a journey

If we can get the inflammation down, regulate the blood sugar, then we can lose weight, then we can metabolize food, we can burn more fat. We can do a lot of things that our body is naturally designed to do. Once we get it in the right rhythm, once we get it in sync with what it's supposed to do, then we can get it to do the things that should come natural without us having to use medicines and different methods like that

Hashtag keto doesn't necessarily mean that that's the only way that I felt like I was either losing weight or regulating hormones. So obviously you're going to do what you find to work best for you. So I wish you all the best in that
